Members, Student Members, Spouses and Employees are Eligible: 
If you are an NYSBA member with a home or principal business address in New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine or California, you are eligible to apply. 

If you are a student member attending an ABA accredited law school and you have a resident address in New York State, you are also eligible. 

As long as you are eligible, you may also apply for coverage on your lawful spouse or domestic partner if he/she is not an NYSBA member. (Spouses who are NYSBA members should apply for coverage as a member.) Contact USI Bertholon Rowland for Declaration of Domestic Partnership forms.

Your full-time employees are also eligible if they (1) live or work in New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine or California and (2) are not an NYSBA member.
